My name is Sarette Vermaak. I run a successful International home based business from our home in the beautiful Gamtoos Valley in the Eastern Cape SA.

Herbalife found me in 2005 and since then I have helped hundreds of individuals to improve their lives; not only by showing them how to run an income generating business themselves through our Company’s well proven systems, but also coaching them on health and wellness.

I am a Wellness Coach with a long list of happy customers who have achieved their health and weight goals.

My Personal journey with Herbalife:

Before Herbalife I was:

• Suffering from serious chronic fatigue – when I opened my eyes in the morning I dreaded the new day, because I had no idea how I was going to drag myself through it.
• I also grew up with asthma and sinus and could not move without my inhalers and anti histamine as I was so dependent on them.
• I had an acne problem; a specialist prescribed antibiotics and told me that I will have to use it for a couple of years.
• I was also touching the 70kg mark and felt somewhat uncomfortable in a size 14.

I joined Herbalife because I was looking for a business opportunity and not for health reasons mentioned above. However, I started taking  the Core Nutrition Products which comes with the International Business pack and within days I realized for the first time ever, what it feels like to have natural energy. I lost 6cm around my middle in week 1; I dropped to size 10 and have managed to keep my weight stable ever since.   I realized that I can go for my daily walk without using my inhaler and today I don’t even have inhalers anymore. I used the antibiotics for my skin way too long. I tried to stop, because I believed that Herbalife will also work magic with my acne problem, but every time I did, I had a horrible breakout and start taking it again. After reading an article on the dangers of long-term use of antibiotics, I stopped, went through a very bad couple of weeks, but I realized that it was NATURE’S WAY OF HOUSE CLEANING and that I had to bear with it. Today my skin is the healthiest it has ever been.

I am not making any medical claims, I have just realized and experienced on my journey with Herbalife, the impact of healthy nutrition on the body.
